BIOGRAPHY: Leila Erikson Leila Eriksen has worked as a nurse assistant for 21 year in a Danish Children’s Hospital, worked with reflexology in a private clinic and companies, and worked with reflexology research for 25 years. She has been part of several project teams and has had studies published in reviewed scientific magazines. Leila has a close relationship with the Association of Cancer Children in Denmark and has been visiting children hospitals and reflexology clinics in Australia, Israel, Spain and China. She has been participating at International CAM Research Congresses; has had three abstracts accepted for presentation and has been invited as speaker at 40 international congresses and meetings around the world. Leila has received 5 CAM awards and the “Special Recognition award”, received at ICR conference in Portugal 2011. She is connected to Reflexology in Europe Network and Reflexology in Europe Network, as research adviser and is a member of the Danish National Board of Health, Council Concerning Alternative Treatment.
