International Council of Reflexologists
Jennie Levick qualified with the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR) in 1988. She joined the UK tutors in 1993, becoming National Director of The IIR(UK) from 1999 to 2010. Jennie then handed over the post to Vicky Laws but remains as Director IIR(UK) for Quality Standards.
Jennie has taken classes in the Original Ingham Method of Reflexology with Dwight Byers in America and to students in Guernsey, Gozo, Malta and Trinidad & Tobago. Radio and TV interviews following a lecture on Reflexology in Serbia were well received.
In 2005 Jennie graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with an MSc in Healthcare Education using Reflexology in the Research Module.
A fellow reflexologist, John Moorhouse, met through the original Reflexology Forum, evolved “Neuroflexology” which intrigued Jennie sufficiently for her to train with him. With other founder members of the British Neuroflexology Guild, Jennie set up the Training course for complementary therapists and this was launched in March 2012. Jennie looks forward to sharing this new therapy as an amazing tool that reflexologists are now using in their practice with wonderful results.
